    Queen is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a passion for community outreach and refugee advocacy. She has been instrumental in organizing and implementing a variety of programs and initiatives that have had a positive impact on her community.In addition to her professional work, Queen is a story teller through public speaking, dance instructor and is also a successful children’s book author of the award winning series, Nubian Mermaid Adventures.Queen is a graduate of the University of Memphis, and she is married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and her chihuahua.Queen is committed to making a difference in her community, and she is dedicated to using her skills and experience to help those in need.

  • Zack Dime

    Zack was born and raised in Northern California where he earned a degree in Government from California State University Sacramento. Zack currently serves as the Workforce Programs Specialist with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development. In this role, Zack is responsible for assisting adult education providers across the state develop, design, and implement workforce development initiatives. Prior to this role Zack worked for an ESL program in Memphis where he held roles as the assistant director, ESL instructor, and career pathways instructor.

  • Nicole Kennell

    Nicole grew up living abroad, and experiencing cultures has been part of her identity from her earliest memories. She and her husband raised their two daughters in Togo, West Africa, where they did mission work and worked with a local HIV/ AIDS clinic.In addition to her work in Togo, Nicole led an Adult ESL and immigrant workforce integration program in Memphis, TN. It was during this work that she founded the MidSouth Immigrant Integration Network in 2018.

  • Soledy Mendoza Ramirez

    Sol was born in Venezuela, where she went to university and earned her law degree. She worked as an attorney practicing commercial, civil and criminal law.

    She moved to the US in July 2017. Since then she has worked helping immigrants access free English classes. She earned her Juris Doctor in the US and has had her law degree from Venezuela certified.

  • Maria Guerrero

    Maria Guerrero, is from Venezuela. She graduated from university with degrees in journalism and education. When she arrived in the

    United States 4 years ago she didn't speak any English. Thanks to her passion and

    commitment to achieving all her professional goals, she now speaks, reads, and writes English fluently! She worked as student coordinator in the Adult English as a Second Language program at Hopeworks for more than 2 year and currently works as a bilingual outreach manager at

    Seedco. She is committed to continuing to work for the immigrant community as her

    personal purpose.
